A Mes rate. Cask at the Market Porter.
A straight down the line, but inviting looking black body with a tan head. Slight egg but some good rubbery malt and hints of chocolate deal with it without any fuss. Fantastic burnt toast character. Nice and dry in the finish. Standard but good.

5th December 2008. Dark flat stout. A bit roasty after a pleasantly cream start. Okay but a big standard stout.

Caks stillage at Pigs Ear Festival 2008. Sweet fruit, some smoke. OK, but not very impressive,

Black color. The aroma has too much burnt wood in it, luckily some hops too. The flavor has less of it, strong chocolate too.
