Jun 16, 2008 Had this last nice on tap. Pretty standard Kolsch, lightly hopped with doughy malt smell and taste. Nice body. A bit on the sweet side. Pretty good.

May 21, 2006 Pour was a clear yet somewhat opaque golden color with a fizzy white head. Somewhat subdued, but nice hop aroma. Flavor was grassy and earthy hops with a toasted malt backbone. Not a bad Kolsch.

Jul 4, 2005 On tap at brewpub. Clear pale golden in color with a nice white head. Malty and hoppy. Light, crisp and refreshing flavor. Well balanced. Very nice beer. Enjoyable.
