Sampled on tap at the brewery. Red wine vinegar, soy sauce. Bitter chocolate with unfermented sugar-wort tang. Mild coffee. Dark brown black with thin tan head. Medium light body with thin carbonation. Starts dry with roasted-toasted malt, light smoky bitterness and bitter chocolate. Fairly thin with decent chocolate character. Could be a little more full bodied. Decent bitter finish and chocolate tangy after.

Molasses appearance with suitable head. Characterized by chocolate cake and coffee aromatic notes. Flavor is a mix of chocolate and mild coffee roast, with some metallic chocolate on finish. A solid gateway dark brew for the macrobrew drinker.
