Pours a nice clear ruby with a thin tan head. Aroma has light fruity notes...almost a black cherry note but not sweet. Flavor has nice dark fruit and earthy hops to balance. Mouthfeel is full and silky with a nice balanced fruity/earthy finish.

tapped a deep amber with a dense nitro-looking head. sweet smelling and tasting it is lacking a bit in complexity, but more than makes up for it in drinkability. very smooth for the supposed 5.9 % abv, I polished off 2 pints before my food even arrived.

Draft, Bube’s. Pours a bright, cherry-amber color; headless. Very minimal aroma: some dried fruit and caramel, at most. Average carbonation. Medium mouthfeel: chewy dried fruits, cherries, and caramel at the core; decent weight and viscosity in the mouth; on the sweet side, but good density at the center and mild mineral bitterness; medium, dried red fruit and caramel in the finish; well-balanced throughout.

I wasn’t too impressed with this brew. Body was kinda thin, taste was lacking, maybe it wasn’t fermented long enough or it got tainted, but this just didn’t taste all that great.

Tap at the brewery. Clear copper color, small head. Very faint nose, light-to-medium bitterness, tinny grains and light coarse maple... not sweet at all. Very plain, so much so I couldn’t really write anything down about this beer.
