Also sold as Cubanero Fuerte.
Bucanero Fuerte gets its name from old legends of the pirates that roamed the Caribbean Sea. Considering that Bucanero Fuerte is one of the best hidden treasures of Cuban beer, this connection is fitting. Having more alcohol, a deeper amber color, and a refreshing taste makes Bucanero Fuerte a remarkably 100% original Cuban beer. Over the years Bucanero Fuerte has become a favorite amongst Cubans as a beer to drink with friends while playing domino’s or watching a baseball game. Our ancient and secret production process combines the finest selection of hops, water and malt. Ingredients: water, barley malt, brown sugar, hops.

Yellow-orange colour, disappearing head. Aroma has malt, some rum and dirty laundry(!) Flavour is sweetish with malt and some hops. Nothing much.

Dark golden colour. Alcohol comes through a bit, adding sharpness, but diminishes quickly and ends up being watery. Maybe a faint of chocolate in the aroma. Pretty boring experience.
