Bottle. Amber colour with an off-white head. aroma is alcohol, malt, fruit. Flavour is sweet, alcohol, malt, fruit, caramel, op. Medium body. Nice beer.

Clear medium to dark amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, malt, sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, alcohol, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110415]

Pours clear dark golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and some fruity notes. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A small, off-white head sits on top of a clear, amber body. Rather boring aroma with some caramel and grassy, piney hops. Dry in the mouth, full-bodied and with a touch of warmth. The flavor is pretty much the same, with a pleasant bitterness towards the end. A quite boring one, especially considering it’s a dunkel bock. Tasteful anyway. 110415

Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Gathering, 2011. Pours unclear dark copper with a small creamy white head and lacings. Sweet nose of caramel, fruit and alcohol. Medium bodied. Dry flavor with notes of fruit and caramel.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Dark Amber with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, sweet, caramel, fruit and bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, soap, caramel, almonds and marzipan.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear amber with a creamy off-white head. Caramellish nose. Good and solid malt base, caramel and flowery hops that adds a nice balance. Decent alright. 150411
