It’s unclear light brown and the head is creamy and lasting. The aroma has notes of yeast, caramel, fruit and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of spice, caramel, fruit, wheat, and the finish is sweet and spicy. Quite nice dunkles weizen.

Geruch hefig mit hopfigen Beimengungen. Antrunk süßlich, alsbald erweckt das Bier aber einen schalen Eindruck. Die Aromen wirken flach und eher säuerlich. Im Abgang schmeckt das HW dann richtig alt, obwohl das MHD noch in Ferne liegt. Eine Zumutung.Test vom 12.1.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche

bottle from Bierzwerg. Cloudy brown colour, large beige head. Fruity nose. Fruity and yeasty with hints of roasetd malt and caramel. A hinbt of warming alcohol is also present.
