50cl bottle. Pours hazy dark orange golden colour with a huge very big beige foam. Aroma of ripe banana, dark malt, caramel. Taste of phenolic yeast, caramel, bread, dark fruits.

The color is medium brown, unclear with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of yeast, caramel, fruit and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast, fruit, caramel and wheat, and the finish is slightly/medium spicy. A lovely dunkles weizen.

Geruch hefig mit hopfigen Beimengungen. Antrunk süßlich, alsbald erweckt das Bier aber einen schalen Eindruck. Die Aromen wirken flach und eher säuerlich. Im Abgang schmeckt das HW dann richtig alt, obwohl das MHD noch in Ferne liegt. Eine Zumutung.Test vom 12.1.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche

bottle from Bierzwerg. Cloudy brown colour, large beige head. Fruity nose. Fruity and yeasty with hints of roasetd malt and caramel. A hinbt of warming alcohol is also present.
