ABV: 2.7%. Unclear hazy medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, rubber, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20111106]

Bottle. An unclear, golden-orange beer with a small, white head. Weak aroma with banana and bubble gum. A faint touch of cloves too. The flavor is pretty much the same, banana and bubble gum up front and some cloves in the far back. Medium body, quite dry and a bit hard on the carbonation. A decent beer, but hefeweizens really need more body, alcohol and complexity. 111106

Bottle@Ulfborg tasting.Pours cloudy golden with an off-white head. Aroma of sourish wheat, a hint of banana and a little toffee.Flavor is sourish thin wheat with some toffee. Medium to thin body, lively carbontion.
