From the pub. Pours dark copper/light bronze. Straighforward ESB - caramel/toffee malts balanced by gentle english hops. Balance of richness and bitterness is key, and it gets it.

650ml bottle from Libations Liquor in West Vancouver. Pours a light copper with voluminous, big bubbled amber head which took 3 minutes to reduce to a half inch top. Aroma is predominantly caramel malt, some sweetness. Taste has a slightly medicinal herb sweetness, caramel malt. Odd, slightly carbonated finish with malt remaining present. Moderate ESB.
