pours golden yellow, very nice thick foamy head, good thick retention, lots of sticky lacing, lots of active CO2 streams. Filtered apple juice from concentrate on the nose. 4/10-sweetness level, notes of Sun-rype apple juice, sharp fizzy CO2, light malt, ends with a soft dry bitter finish. Medium complexity, light-medium depth, okay carry, good length, good drinkability. Drinks like a hybrid apple-cider/wheat beer. Unique experience for me but failed to wow.

Tap @ brewpub. Cloudy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Spicy, coriander, yeasty, light wheat malty nose. A little tangy, spicy coriander, orange citrusy, light wheat flavor. Ok.

On tap at the brewery-hotel. Very hazy bright yellow, clingy meringue on top. Citrus and wheat aroma, with some light spice showing up in the palate. Slightly tart finish. Very nice summer sessioner.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2010 Tap. Cloudy yellow. Low head. Fine flowery citric hop aroma. Pleasant citrus flavor, lime orangepeel. Citrus yeast and hop notes work well together, spices not apparent. Medium body, light sparkly. Fine rendition of the style.

22oz bottle purchased in Vancouver, BC. Cloudy gold appearance. tight spritely head and carbonation. Nose of bubblegum and wheat, creamy mouthfeel. Musty and peppery coriender and wheat taste, sweet finish. Pretty bland and a little sour.

Muddy blond color. Light wheat character. From the aroma and taste I guess they used ginger, in a correct way, even if it’s not my kind of beer.

pours a light cloudy yellow with a light head. a wheat barn aroma with a fruity wheat flavour.

on tap-pours a thin white head and hazy straw color. Aroma is barnyard, coriander. Taste is musty, wheat, barnyard, coriander, clove, some yeast, floral/spice hops. OK effervescence.

7/14/07 On draught at the brewery. Aroma has coriander and pepper spice balanced with a sweet orange and wheat note. Appearance is a cloudy yellow straw with a good white head. Flavor has great spiciness and orange character mixed with a sweet/sour maltiness. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a good carb feel, but not as spritzy as a lot of wits. Overall, very good and easy drinking.

Citrus aroma with spice, pepper. Slightly cloudy. Overpowering coriander that moves it to the one-dimensional territory. Any more coriander and i probably would have sneezed.
