A hazy amber beer with a huge white head. The aroma is like a hop-bush combined with grass. The flavor contains notes of citrus especially clementines, hops, and grass. The hops giving it a good bitter finish.

Light amber color. The aroma is nice, hoppy and resiny, sharp. Quite good body strength; there is some malt flavor, some caramel, strong toffee; and extreme bitterness, harsh, powerful, resiny, with just a touch of citrus fruits.

Bright bronze colour. Chewy, piney hops with plenty of crystal malt in the aroma. Sweet & bitter flavour with piney hops. A simple imperial IPA two-step that I’ve seen a dozen times before.

UPDATED: FEB 6, 2005 (2-5-05) Off-white head, cloudy maber body. Aroma is medium sweet, citrus, pine, caramel. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit/pine, some caramel, light mint. Smooth, medium body. Not as wowed this time as I was last. (8/3/7/3/14). (RBSG04) Lightly hazed amber topped by big beige head. Aroma is sweet, grapefruit, caramel, some orange. Taste is sweet, orange, adding grapefruit mid-tongue, and that’s what controls the finish, also caramel, some earthy. Medium-full body. Top-notch I2PA. (8/4/8/4/16)
