On tap at the beer engine. Pours cloudy dark brown color with thin whispy off white head. Aroma had woody notes and subtle notes from the bugs. Thin mouthfeel, almost watery. Flavor has the beginnings of a good beer. Subtle tart and funky. Dry finish. Problem with this beer is it lacks acidity, body, and sourness. I think if they learn to up the acidity, add more body - that will make a superior beer. Proper blending may help. Still nice to try.
