kujo9 (1043), North Ridgeville, Ohio, USA Aug 16, 2005 On tap @ Buckeye: Lightly hazy golden w/a lasting white head. Some floral hop in the intial aroma w/ some sulphury yeast. Clean grainy malt w/ some fresh pale malt in the back ground. Well balanced w/ a mild hoppy flavor in the finish which is semi dry & clean. A bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, but a clean, grainy malt flavor mid palate. Snappy & crisp m/f w/ lighter body and higher level of carbonation. A very refreshing beer for summertime! Drew (2374), Kent, Ohio, USA Jul 26, 2005 Very pale yellow with a short head and actually some decent lacing considering it’s so light and all. Lightly bready with hints of fruityness and an almost peppery hop at the finish (a little more hop than I was expecting, and that’s a nice thing). With all of the awesome stuff Buckeye generally has on tap, you’ll probably skip this one, but it’s a nice light thirst quencher for a hot summer evening.
