Deep brown-black pour. The nose is softly sweet. A little bit cocoaish and chewy. Earthy and cocoaish with a nice earthy chocolate flavour. A touch of light leathery character and a little bit of nice saltiness. The palate is very clean and the roastiness is restrained. Soft, chewy and very tasty.

on tap at Buckeye for Valentines day, added with Cocoa Nibs, Cherries and Sumatra beans as well, titled "Kiss Beer"
Super black head, with each sip bringing forward a more prominent flavor first sip is roasted malt, second sip is hard sour cherry flavor, third is some light hoppiness and fourth yielded a smoothness from the chocolate, quite tasty for the rest of the pint though I never got more cherry.. Not bad I can see this beer taking a lot of effort to make.

Sample at Buckeye Beer Engine. Black pour with a medium tan head. Metallic nitro nose with some roast and chocolate. Malty flavor with chocolate and caramel with a roasty bitter finish. Pretty decent. Would like to have gotten a little more out of the nose, but good overall.
