Jan 28, 2005 On tap @ Buckeye: Clear deep medium amber w/ a lasting off white head. Toasty malt aroma w/ some perfumey hop. Both aromas in good balance. Mostly clean, but some very light hints of DMS. Flavor is well balanced w/a clean toasted malt flavor & light floral hop. Drier finish w/ a floral hop aftertaste. Higher carbonation, lighter body, but not watery; smooth m/f. Another solid beer from Buckeye! Very clean beer, very close to Vienna style, and quite tasty for what it is.
