Commercial Description: Maibock is gold to light amber in color with a mild caramel aroma and slight undertones of toasted bread. Maibock has a dominant caramel sweetness with low to moderate notes of floral to fruity dryness from German Hops.
This was introduced to me as the seasonal at the Alpharetta location and this is the only maibock I see, so I assume this is it. This was a very typical example of this style. It was light and refreshing and easy to drink, with a modest aroma and subtle flavors. Slightly buttery in the aftertaste.
