COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American IPA

Loads of Crystal and Sterling hops lead the way in producing huge citrus and pine aromatics. Hoppiness is supported with a clean, slightly biscuity malt backbone.

Draft at Standard Market, June. Cloudy amber color, a spongy head just a pinky finger wide. The PNW hops can be easily detected while the glass is still on the counter, growing in orange citrus character. Nose has more fresh hops up close. Taste is an upfront punch of orange juice and pine needles, and heavily bitter. More prickly carbonation. The strong hop palate remains as an afterburn.

Draft: Poured a bright blonde color ale with a medium size foamy head. Aroma of citrusy hops with light cereal notes also noticeable is pleasant enough. Taste is a nice mix of citrusy hops notes with some light cereal and some light bitter notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed and refreshing with good drinkability factor.

Fresh can to tulip. Mostly clear caramel color with an average white head that leaves decent lacing. Aroma is pineapple. mango, melon, orange zest and a bit of a mustiness. Taste is loaded with pine and citrus. Tropical fruits as well. Some of that slight musty flavor is in the background, in a good way. Decently juicy and a semi dry finish. Nice beer.

A golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light citrus pulp, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with citrusy floral hops, pink grapefruit, classic. On tap at brewery.

Aroma is soft and sweet oranges, grapefruit and tropical notes overall. Taste is really tropical fruits deluxe. Really up there with sweet and ripe fruits ready for picking. Soft carbonation, maybe even a little low on carbonation.

Nice aroma of fresh citrus, grapefruit, slightly catty in a good way. Light orange color with a fluffy white head. Sweet malt up front. Lots of citrus orange, on the sweet side, almost starburst sweet. Bitterness cuts in but not enough. Somewhat piney with a bit of spice. Finish is slightly stronger than mild bitterness that lingers a bit. Light to medium mouthfeel. O.k.

Pours a foggy orange with a big frothy off white head that lingers, leaving tons of lacing. Aroma is big citrus and pine. Flavor is surprisingly sweet for an IPA, but has a smooth mildly bitter finish. Very tasty.

Can. Dark copper. Has floral hop taste. A hint of citrus hops. Orangy and gratefruit. More of a floral hop taste. Dry aftertaste.

Poured from the can of several six packs over the past couple of weeks. Hazy amber orange with dark tornado, taste is gritty grapefruit, creamy, sticky, and smooth. This is a very drinkable brew and I can’t wait to uber to the taproom and try some more of their wares.

Had it out of a can. The aroma is just like they describe, citrusy, and piney. Pours a cloudy orange hue with a white head and the taste is very malty but not overpowering, I don’t know bout the biscuits though.
