chris_o (4409), London, Greater London, England Nov 10, 2004 I feel a little guilty about rating this one. I was obliged to drink this in a keg only pub and intended to discard this rating as I was sure I would encounter this again in cask format during a holiday in Wales, but never did. Like most keg bitters it was cardboardy and dull. Thin and watery. Not good. Keg at the Old Cross Inn, Ammanford, Wales.
Oakes (6979), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Aug 21, 2002 Amber; smooth palate; light caramel; slightly watery finish (note to Brain’s - a watery finish is not a good signature for your brews).
