Buckner Belgian Witbier

Tasted 8/6/2007. From the basement aspect of the brewing Co, Ragsdale’s. Mildly hazy with a golden straw hue. White ring of head. Bready bubblegum citrus nose. Nice serving temperature. Light to medium bodied with mild effervescence. Nice citrus blast with a touch dry body. Orange grainy flavors and slightly sticky. The dry finish compliments the sweet citrus flavor. Crisp yet rounded. Easy and unoffensive.

Cloudy and light yellow, with little head to speak of. Aromas of orange, slight yeast, and mineral water. Wet palate with authentic citrus and wheat flavors that compose a true profile. Still, light-tasting and rather underdeveloped.
