Feb 27, 2005 Burnished orange and hazy, with a thin diminishing head. This steam beer has the right balance of yeasty and hoppy aromas. Kind of an apricot-banana-orange mixture, with a grassy undertone to it. Just as complex on the palate -- light and rich with a hoppy tartness. Good balance overall and the best offering from Buckner.
