Dec 8, 2005 On tap at the brewpub. Cloudy amber in color. Looks a little like hot agarose. Smells like cake batter. Seems more like pumpkin cake instead of pumpkin pie. Strong flavor that seems more like butternut squash than Jack-o-lantern. Definitely not spice-heavy. The bartender proclaimed that she observed many pumpkins being "slaughtered" to make this.
