ross (1709), weddington, South Carolina, USA Sep 8, 2003 terrible koatis (49), Maryland, USA Aug 21, 2003 I didn't even know they still made this stuff! Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find HopDevil in my area for over a month, so when I saw Bud Dry, I decided to buy a case for nostalgic reasons. Better than Bud or Bud Light, but it's still basically macro-swill. Less aftertaste than most, which is a good thing. hayden1215 (305), Ohio, USA Aug 15, 2003 This beer is one of the worst. I think maybe all the bud products are out of the same tap, just different labels. jeffc666 (1886), Fairfax, Virginia, USA Aug 5, 2003 A college staple. Cheap and effective. Glad those days are over. Dry and slightly better than its big brother the king of beers. frogger (36), reston, Virginia, USA Jul 14, 2003 "Why ask why?" I haven't seen this around in over 10 years but remember liking it. It must be available somewhere. I preferred the other big "dry" beer of the time (Michelob Dry). But this was cheaper. It made my weekends in Dewey Beach, DE quite memorable. changxao (104), South Carolina, USA Jul 12, 2003 Hey its dry and better than regular Budweiser. Not much head, flavor, or lacing. Good for pounding. Serve ice cold. Slick (1962), Thief River Falls, Minnesota, USA Jun 22, 2003 it's been a long time since i've had one of these. They were a favorite of my friends but then he had a taste for sh.. that was unbelievable.this stuff isn't that bad but it's definately nothing special with a mild aroma and flavor that is decent and just slightly better then regular bud,but over all is worth more as a drain cleaner then anything. It's nice to visit an old friend but i'm glad i don't have to stay. mribm (419), Hurley, New York, USA Jun 3, 2003 Another gimicky bottle of swill. Why in the world would you want to have a dry beer? I like a beer with a good finish, and there definitely wasn't one with this swill. But what did I expect from Anheuser-Busch...the king of swill!
