Mar 29, 2002 This beer is a cold-filtered rice beer. It is pale yellow in color and high in carbonates. It has a thick head, a faintly sweet aroma, leaves a nice foam lace in the glass, and is best when one drinks it very cold. This beer has little to offer in terms of taste and quality. It may be harsh to say, but this beer kind of tastes like tap water poured through a bag of stale movie theater popcorn.
