Is this a bad joke? AB’s pathetic attempt to jump on a trendy, mixing drinks craze. This beer is basically Budweiser with the addition of ginseng, caffeine, and guarana. It does not gain much from this addition except artificial sweetness that makes this beer sweet and soda like. Maybe if you were dying of thrist, and needed a thrist quecher, but I could not see wasting money on this one.

Can: I refuse to rate this stuff as beer, so I´ll compare it to other ´alcoholic energy drinks´. Interesting concoction, a mixture of Red Bull and a light beer. Aroma has bubble gum, fruit, sweet. Taste has strong guarana presence hardly any beer flavour at all.

Fizzy and pale yellow with an inch of white foam. Very effervescent. Mild sweet candyish aroma, more like a cheap sodapop than a beer. Uggghhh. Nothing like a beer at all. It tastes like artificially sweetened and carbonated apple juice. But not as good. What is this stuff - Jamba Juice and Bud Light? Its just nasty

AB making up markets to get into. Looks like Vernors, fizzy on the palate, like pop. Doesn’t taste like beer but I don’t really mind the taste. I drink Red Bulls every so often. Hell yeah, let’s mix alcohol with speed!

can, pours pale gold, next to no head. Aroma is energy drink, just like red bull. Flavor is almost all sweet energy drink, little to no beer flavor in the background. No thanks.

Draft at Sea World (San Diego) - Pours a very clear yellow in color. Smells floral... nasty taste. I am not sure what AB was going for here, but it is not BEER. Yuck!!!

Given to me in a plastic cup by one of my younger cousins on C-mas Eve. I must admit, it was better than I expected. Tasted like strawberry flavored bud light or flat berry flavored champagne. The caffeine, ginseng and guarana extract were unnoticeable. Interesting, if nothing else.

Can poured into my favorite tulip sampling glass. Light yellow with a small white head that quickly fades. The smell, to me, isn’t half bad. It smells nothing like beer, but instead fruity and candylike. Flavor is... hmmm. What is this flavor? Candied fruitiness. Some sort of berry- raspberry maybe? It’s not as bad as I thought it’d be, but it’s not something I’d sit back and enjoy. I suppose if I need a boost and I still wanna get drunk, I’d throw one of these back. But... probably not often.
