The bottle looks like it is made out of ice cubes. Not as bad as I expected from past reviews, but not the beer for the discriminating beer drinker.

to be fair i had this thing some time ago. my liver would never forgive me if i still drink this today. one of the most popular beers among frat boys, in a very cool can, and is low in carb. enough said.

When you only have $1.19 in your pocket and you dont wanna even think about King Cobra, you turn to the Bud Ice Light.

Bottle. Oh god why do I do this? Because I want to RATE? Flatly put, this beer sucks. Pale color, with fizzy weak head. No aroma of any good kind, and the flavor is weak and watery. Typical bud crap.

Another classic for which I had long been searching. Very excited to try this one! Very corn-like yellow pour, thin white head. The bud dry was good, but this one is a whole new ballgame. Definite sour/sharp alcohol and paint-thinner-like notes arise. Flavor is grossly sweet (not highly flavorful, but what’s there is corn-syrupy sweet) and very difficult to drink. Soured, skunked finish that tastes offensive even when cold. I guess it was just too much to hope that I could drink two good AB products in a row. If forced, I would gladly take Miller Lite Ice over this. Hmm, I think I’m getting slightly philosophical about macro swill. . . .

If you poured this stuff directly into a urine container, you could not tell the difference. Really! This tasted like sour tonic water, and smelled like a frat house.

I think the existence of this beer raises the question, where’s the Bud Light Ice? Seriously, I think this beer was some kind of joke at Anheuser that went too far. It’s terrible. The clear bottle doesn’t help, the stuff looks like urine and is just about as undrinkable.

I can’t say this was good, but I’d be pretentious is if I said how awful it was. I think it’s probably better than Bud Ice, but that’s a fine point unworthy of debate.
