Scent of ear wax flavored soda... not pleasant.
Nice size head quickly dissapaiting, not quite as fast as soda, but faster than most beers.
Tastes like carbonated water with sour corn juice squeezed in.
Sticks to the tongue, rather unpleasantly, very watery. Not a strong alcohol taste, but enough to where you know its got some (very little) in it.
Overall, its less of a beer, and more of a nasty alcoholic soda. Not pleased at all.

Absolutely irrelevant brew. Thankfully this one never hit Europe, as regular Budwesier did. I would be embarrassed as an American to allow others to taste this one.

22ozBottle.I pick up something like this once and a while just to try it and rate it.A pale golden pour with a thin fizzy head,not much of an aroma,slightly corny maybe something that resembled pale malt,lots of lively carbonation.I must have been really thirsty or this was ultra fresh,because it has kind of a fruity dimly hoppy flavor,dry finish.not bad for $1.99 . I don’t think I would run out and buy this again but I would drink it again

Another solidly bad pale lager from Anheuser-Busch. We drank this in the dorms for its low cost, high ABV and because it went down well cold, especially in large numbers. Now, avoided at any cost.

Can. Part of my Christmas drink the crap solo tasting... I know this one is going to be fun...Decently large head with a straight into the glass style pour. Its lasting okay. Clear sparkling yellow. Aroma of corn, alcohol, sweetness and sweat. Taste is horrible. Corn, sweat, a bit nauseating at first, and I dont use that lightly. Fizzy and dry. Very little Diacetyl, but noticeable cardboard. A few fruity esters if I am searching.

I love the bottle and the sweet penguin commercial and that is about it. i caught it on sale and and gave it a try. it is a pretty solid beer to have for a hockey that you go to already buzzed.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2009 I rated the flavor low, not because the flavor is bad, but because there is no flavor. Say what you want, this brew does pack more punch than your average beer. And, its typically cheap relative to other Bud brands. Couple that with the fact that the brewery does zero promotion for this stuff, and it’s clear that the target demographic for this beer consumes their adult beverages from a paper bag. Its no coincidence they sell this in large cans.
