Hazy red-pinky color, no head. Tomato sauce, salty aroma. Tomato, salt, nachos, bloody mary flavor. You can use this either as a base for Bloody Mary or dipp your nachos in it.

Can at EBF - thanks to Patrick for the sip... Føj - What a disgusting drink. Deep hazy red/pink - no head - looks like tomato juice. Tastes of tomato juice and bloody mary.

Fishy aroma. Pink oranged coloured and hazy in appearance with a hint of dryness in a spicy chilli finish.

Pours muddy, pale red with no head. Aroma is disgusting, stale tomato juice, light chili and rotten leaves. Thin and sticky. Chili, tomato in flavour. Weird, unbalanced and generally disgusting.

Can. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden amber. Aroma and taste are rich tomato juice, sugar, caramel and hops. Chili pepper as well. A little watery.

Can. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Orange cloudy colour. Ugly fruity rotten aroma. Very bad flavor, watery strange palate. Total weird and undrinkable. Meat flavor. absurd.

24 oz can. Can looks just like the Bud Chelada, except it is blue rectangle rather than red, and says Bud Light rather than Budweiser. Salty, seafoody aroma. Light pinkish amber color with a white head that fizzed off. A bit watery with very mild carbonation. Flavor of salt, lime, tomato and nothing else. There is a peppery aspect. The salt is welcome, but I think your physician would recommend avoiding this to help your blood pressure.

Can... VBWT2008... Murky orange/red concoction with a small, fizzy, pinkish head... looks like a red-eye, as it should. Sweet, overripe tomato and shellfish are exhibited in the nose. The flavor is much the same, sans the shellfish, with a cloying sweetness that almost forces my gag reflex to kick in. Moderate, spicy heat. The non-light version didn’t seem nearly as cloyingly sweet. Thick, tomato juice mouthfeel with subtle carbonation. Not at all good, but I have to give mucho kudos to Beerlando for having the balls to bring this “treat” to the Throwdown!
