2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 hogan873 (449) - Joliet, Illinois, USA - OCT 4, 2009Not a bad effort by AB. Slightly cloudy amber body with a thin white head. Light, faint aroma of wheat, yeast, and sweet citrus. Somewhat thin palate, which isn’t surprising. Decent flavor of malt, yeast, and citrus. Not much spice to speak of. A thirst quencher.

This was my favorite new beer until it disappeared off the shelves. Went great with my favorite food-pizza, and I liked the fact that it was relatively low in alcohol content.
Still looking for a replacement.

It’s pretty damn terrible. What else would you like to know? It’s like adding that watered down Orange Juice concentrate to Bud Light.

Exactly what you would expect from this beer, bud light with a hint of citrus. Nothing more, nothing less
3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Lemke10 (540) - Janesville, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 23, 2013
This beer pours a pale golden color with a decent head of foam but is quickly gone. The taste isn’t bad but there’s just no girth to the beer. The taste is light obviously almost to a point where you can’t describe the taste. A much better beer than say MGD64, but no where good as other wheat beers like blue moon.
It’s a nice change of pace, but will get old quickly.

Glad to see a Wheat beer from Bud. It has more favor than I expected it to have. I will try it again..

Everything in this beer is artificial and boring. Citrus resembling stale citrus. Coriander resembling stale coriander. However, it is easy-drinking and for AB makes a lot worse products than this one.

Decent macro wheat beer. Much better than bud light. Very easy drinking. Would probably buy some here and there if it was still offered.

I’m still mad they discontinued this beer! This is the most underrated beer of all time. I went out and bought the last 3 cases in town when I heard it was not coming back. I’m somewhat of a health nut, and this is one of the healthiest beers I’ve ever had. Budweiser made a great beer, and label. Just pissed it away with the marketing. Perfect blend of coriander, orange peel, and wheat. Coriander has plenty of benefits, as does orange peel. Low calories. Budweiser recommended me a Blue Moon. Blech! That a sugar orange syrup in a Budweiser. This is pure orange peel, feint in taste, perfectly blended. A nice spice to it. Refreshing, great taste! It’s a light beer, low calories, and a Wheat Ale. It should be rated according for this category. No low calorie beer comes close, no wheat ale comes close. Now I’ve gotta ration my remaining Bud Light Wheat! Dammmmit!!!

This beer is not as bad as people make it out to be. It’s a very average wheat beer, that has nice citrus notes. If it were a blind taste test, I bet a lot of drinkers wouldn’t be so negative.

A decent try from A/B. I was completely ready to be disappointed with this one only to be mildly shocked when it was not bad. Very drinkable and no bad "wheat" aftertaste that can happen with some cheaper wits. I hope that they give it another try later on.
