Can’t believe this is in here. Aroma of straight up margarita. I mean it actually smells good. Pours murky like lime juice with an ugly head. Taste is tart and limey with a skunky beer underbelly. Overall, not really a margarita or a beer but not unpleasant. A guilty pleasure or your best option at a party bar.

This is a great summer drink. I am sorry to actually admit this. But this drink is more margarita than beer= it is on this site, so I am scoring accordingly. It has a bright yellow color, no head, moderate carbonation. A point higher than Stiegl Grapefruit due to alcohol content (8% vs Stiegl’s 3.2%). If you like Lime-a-Rita you should try Stiegl Grapefruit.

Can from the Utah State Store. A 100 degree day deserves a nice margarita....or beer....or both. Pours a cloudy green/yellow color with a small white head. A nice nose that exactly hits the margarita note. The flavor is sweet, sugary, lime, some heat, more lemons and lime. Very much a margarita flavor. The best thing that this ’beer’ does is that it covers up the atrocious Bud Light flavor with sugar and lime juice. In the end, that’s good. More than one, I’m puking.

Tiny can. Pours what looks like a margarita with a thin white head. Smell is very watered down magarita; lime, salt, sweet. Taste follows, with a hint of metal. Zingy with lively carbonation. Quite acidic with a fake plastic hint to is as well. Not sure how this even qualifies as a beer.

I really wouldn’t even consider this a beer it’s more that chick drink. These are only good on occasion.

Tastes like a margarita with a tiny bit of beer. I'm surprised it is on this app and considered beer. Now that I've tried it once ill never have to again.

Can poured a hazy milky yellowish hue w/ white head that disappears completely almost immediately and zero lacing. Aroma is moderate citrus of lemon and lime. Initial flavor is very sweet with a moderate sour finish of short duration. Taste is margarita mix. Medium bodied, average carbonation, syrupy mouthfeel and alcohol warmth in the finish. This is a party drink, a bit sweet for my taste, but it does taste like a margarita.

8 ounce can from a Kroger. Pours a hazy greenish yellow with a head that fades instantly. Aroma of sweet limes. The taste is the same with some tartness. Medium bodied. Very sweet.

well, I gave it high marks for smelling and tasting like what it was claimed to be: a margarita-flavored beverage. Sure, lime taste is sweet with a bit of tartness to it, a bit of alcohol. But absolutely no taste of anything like Bud Light. But then again, there’s so little taste to Bud Light in the first place. Is there really beer in this? Or is this just a "brand extension? If the latter, then why is this on this site and Mike’s Hard Lemonade not?
