Shared a tall-boy can left as a joke, thanks Joe. Sticky, Jolly Rancher candy sweetness, artificial mango flavour which disguised the elevated malt liquor alcohol content. No trace of malt nor hops nor yeast, so not sure we can call this beer. These alco-pops or grown-up Kool Aid drinks are so gross to me, but I guess I can see why people with a sweet tooth (and no appreciation for well-crafted beer) dig ’em.

Yuck! I didn’t mind the strawberry and the margarita one was meh, but this sucks. Cloying sweetness, artificial mango flavor, horrible aftertaste. Never again.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Yellow, gold, orange drink with the smell of mango. Taste is very much mango with some hint to the alcohol. More like a mango wine cooler than a beer or something of a change to a margarita. Overall good, but then again I do love mangos so this one didn’t have to try too hard to impress me. Still not going on my must have list but good non the less.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
8 oz. can from Kroger for just $1. Tried alongside the other four -Rita varieties. Pours a barely cloudy bright orange candy color with no head. Big sweet mango candy throughout, with lime and artificial sweetener. Light-bodied, with modest carbonation and a sweet mouthfeel. A little too artificial and lacks the tartness of a restaurant mango-flavored margarita, but otherwise it’s what you’d expect.

Sample at Kurtkeller 014: Almanac-tastic 01 on 06/27/2014. Bright orange color with a minimal white head and spotty lacing. Mango and malt in the nose. Medium-bodied with flavors of mango juice and biscuit malt. The finish is sweet and syrupy with a mango aftertaste. Okay for what it is.

Can from the grocery store. Pours a bright toxic waste orange. Aroma of mango and peaches with not much else. Taste is mango again, albeit extremely sugary.

Sampled at Sam’s in Wentzville. It poured a hazy orange color with a white head. The aroma was of tropical fruit and mild citrus. The taste was sweet, sugary, fruity and mild citrus. Different.

236 ml can given as a free sample at Bay and College Streets. Pours a clearish soda-like orange colour with no discernible head. Aroma is sweet, artificial mango/peach, probably more of the latter to my nose, but nothing remotely beer-like in any event. Tastes nothing like beer - lots of sickly sweet, artificial peach and mango. Quite flat. An utter joke.

Vile orangeliquid. THough maybe the mango woudl eb the best but no the cutting malt liquor character and arficial nonsense as you shoudl expect ruins it.

8oz can. Drank from can, couldn't see what it looked like but artificial colour as an ingredient seems fishy. Mango soda or mango cooler? Either way, it turns out I don't like mango. No beer taste or smell I could find. Thank Jebus it was a tiny can.
