COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The beer based margarita is now introduced with strawberry flavoring. This is our take on the traditional margarita. Beer drinkers were already mixing Bud Light Lime into margaritas to create ‘beer ritas’; Lime-a-Rita just adds a new level of convenience by providing a beverage with the perfect balance of flavors.

It seems like this is a party beverage. This would be an insult to call it a "beer," although it is a "malt beverage." This tastes like an overly-sweet strawberry kool-aid soda, with a hint of lime and a very slight malt taste. This does not remind me of a margarita at all. The alcohol is masked pretty much completely, and it is sweet (way too much so), so I DO see its purpose in the "beer market." That is, college parties and cheap tailgating.

wine cooler-ish. still better than bud light and on par with the lime. not great at all, but finishable.

pours hazy yellow-grey, pink hue, with a disappearing white cap, no lacing. artificial if not rotten strawberries, lime and other citrus presence, cloying sweetness - plain refined cane sugar, tiny grassy notes. surprisingly light carbonation, medium body, sweet and off fruity finish. blah.

24 oz can into a glass. A: Pours a hazy pink color. There’s NO head here; a fizzy wisp of white foam quickly fades away to nothing. S: It smells like frozen strawberry daiquiri mix. I don’t really get any detectable lime notes or (thankfully) Bud Light-esque beeriness. T: Massive amounts of strawberry sweetness prevails over everything else. I have to dock tons of points for its chemical aftertaste and non-existent beer qualities. As a malternative, eh, it’s not horrible. M: There is a huge amount of lingering sweetness - it honestly feels chemical on the palate. I will give it some credit for going down pretty easily given its questionable nature and 8%. O: A horrid excuse of a beer, plain and simple. However, it’s an okay malternative that will quickly get you drunk. Go into it with those expectations and you may not hate it. Personally, I won’t touch this stuff ever again.

Lol. Red pour. Strawberries. Fake and artificial. Sweet and sweeter. Hilarious beverage.

16 oz can. 13207. From some liquor store in New Orleans, LA.
Bright red colour with no head. Sugar, mild citrus and mild strawberry essence in the aroma. The flavour is Strawberry soda or cocktail. Bad. Not much of a beer. Warms. Slightly boozy aftertaste. Not necessarily utterly bad but very hard to rate as a beer.

Red kool-aid color; Medium body; Aroma and flavor of sweet malt, strawberries, & sugar; Pretty artificial - a little better than the lime version.

Really cant rate like a beer. These taste like strawberries and they will intoxicate you fast because they taste so good.

This poured a reddish-pink body with a fizzy pale pink head that vanished almost instantaneously. The continuing bubbling created an eerie ooze-monster type of look at the top of the drink. Its odor was lime with some berry candy and a splash of mineral water. I couldn’t taste the strong alcohol content because the candy sweetness was so heavy. A dash of lime and some off herbal taste rounded it out. This would be a great drink the night preceding your scheduled colonoscopy (if only it wasn’t reddish); it will clear your system that quickly.

Little biddy 8oz can picked up at some unknown peddler of filth and consumed in our appartment in Upper Kanapali, Maui, 26/04/14. Hazy flamingo pink with very thinly applied off white spotting and edgework. Nose is sweet, strawberry chews, fruit syrup, pink berry fruit. Taste comprises strawberry syrup, so fucking sweet - urgh, artificial berry fructis. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, sweet syrupy close. Urgh !
