Come on, what the hell is the point of this beer. Piss in a cup and squeeze some lime in it and you have a better beer than this one.

Is this actually a beer or is it Sprite with alcohol? The taste is far too citrusy for a beer. I understand that A-B just wants to catch up with Miller, but they did not need to do it this poorly.

Pours a four finger white head that vanishes without a trace of lace. Crystal clear pale amber color. Light carbonation and light bodied. Strong lime nose. Flavor is a slightly fizzy lime drink, no detectable malt or hops. Doesn’t even qualify for a session beer. Forced to have a real beer - Sam Adams Old Fezziwig. $1.35 for a 12oz bottle from Colonial Spirits Acton, Ma.

rating #100 for BLL, 12oz bottle, smells like lime, which i like, taste is immediately lime, which i like, then its bud light, which i dont mind.. so this is fine with me. better than Miller Chill.

Pours clear and pale golden. Aroma of limes. Tastes of watery lime, sweet malt (rice?) and slighlty metallic. Ok if you want to just taste lime...

This pale lager pours a light gold color from a 12oz clear bottle. Small to medium sized quickly diminishing white foamy head. The aroma is lime sweet tart and some cereal. A light bodied lager. The malts are cereal and grain. The hops are very mild and slightly spicy. A semi sweet lime flavor overrides pretty much everything else in this beer, and that may be a good thing. It tastes more like a lime soda, a 4.2% alcohol lime soda, but a lime soda nonetheless. Lively carbonation. This is not as good as the Michelob Ultra fruit beers. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter with a touch of lime.

Bottle that was given to me. As someone who actually drinks Bud Light as a volume beer I thought I might like this a little...wrong. This doesn’t even taste like beer at all. It tastes like Minute Maid Limeade with a little bit of alcohol. Sour and just bad. I’d rather drink Miller Chill if forced to pick between chelada style beers.

Bomber from 7-11. Light golden in color. Light lime aroma with a watered down beer smell. Tastes like a Chill. Same crap basically. Not too good. Pretty much what I expected.

Food Lion must be responsible for some of the worst beers I’ve ever consumed in my life. Food Lion and maniac I should probably say. Why I ever check out their cooler is totally beyond me. But on the rare times that I’m in there, and the even rarer times I find something in a single I haven’t tried before, I have an overwhelming compulsion to buy. And so I did. 22 oz. clear glass bottle. Fortunately Rob (walter on the site’s older brother) was in town to share the pain. Clear fizzy yellow, slight head fades quick. Aroma was adjunct laden with a strange lime like thing going on in the back. The flavor was a bad, adjunct laden American Standard with the lime showing up as some sort of artificial sweet gummy thing on the finish. Not good. The lime and the beer just didn’t play well together. Miller Chill was better. Yikes. They are going to sell an insane amount of this stuff.

Another offering from AB that tries to get in on the market of fad-beer drinkers, this is obviously an attempt to steal away some Corona fans, but a complete failure, there were some subtle hints of lime without the lime itself, but the flavor was bland & watery, just not as enjoyable, call me what you will for liking a Corona on the beach over this, but this beer was just a feeable attempt in cutting in on Corona’s market
