Aroma – Light lime aroma. Very light in the malt.
Appearance – Golden yellow in color, Nice head and clear.
Flavor – A nice easy to light lime flavor with a crisp beer flavor.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, great texture with a good dry finish.
Overall – A great easy to drink lime beer. This is perfect for the super hot days playing in the park or doing yard work

Poured from a 12-ounce bottle into a tasting glass at the Brewmasters Club, Williamsburg, Va. Watered-down Bud Light appearance, and cheap lime aroma. Too sweet for my taste and I really didnt even want to finish the sample, until I tried it with some spicy Pepper Jack cheese. If I want lime in my beer, I’ll drink Corona with fresh lime.

12 oz bottle: Not much smell but a great tasting light beer with a natural lime flavor. Doesn’t have the typical Bud Light skunk. THe lime flavor hides the terrible bud light taste. A fun novelty summertime brew.

UPDATED: JUN 5, 2009 First off is Lots of Lime in the nose! ... big foamy head in to the glass that seems to break its neck to dissipate, but leaves a tiny ring ... is very refreshing and tangy but when it warms it can be a beast, Serve COLD!! .. better than most BMC products and probably somewhat better than Miller Chill... poundable, ms coop loves it, weak and bland, and first had at molly’s right after the release..

Hazy straw yellow color with a thin head. Aroma of lysol with a hint of lime. Very watery grain taste, with what would be a sprtiz of lime. I don’t get it... if you want a lime in your beer, get a Corona and drop a lime wedge in it.

Thanks (I think) to Ando for sharing not one but two bottles of Bud Light Lime. Is this really appropriate? After we’ve been close friends and beer colleagues for so many years? Appearance: Pours a very clear, very pale yellow body with a small, fizzy, white head. Smell: Very lemon-limey in the scent, almost sickeningly so. There’s nothing "light" about the smell. Taste: Altogether bland beyond pale malts are somewhat sweetish. The lime flavoring seems artificial and is reminiscient of a Sprite. Though not to imply I’d ever reach for one of these again, I will say it was better than Miller Chill. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: OK, it’s official, this tastes like Sprite, and can you really get angry with a bottle of Sprite?

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2008 Bud light was completely covered by the lime flavor! Perfect lime brew! Why is this not a fruit beer?

Much like Miller Chill, this reminds me of Zima. Pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma is predominantly lime. Palate is weak, like many light beers. The flavor is okay. Lime and some sweet grain. Very refreshing, but that’s about it.

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2008 Yellow pour with a fizzy soda-like head that is gone quickly. Lime is the main smell, with some hints of sweet grain. Lime is also the main flavor. I rate this higher than regular BL, simply because it does have SOME flavor, even if that flavor is lime.
