UPDATED: APR 11, 2015 I originally rated this a 1.4 about 7 years ago. I was new to the craft beer scene and sought big and rich and flavorful beers. Well, 7 years and probably 100 of these shitty lime-lagers later, I’m updating my rating. Is it a good beer? No, definitely not. Do I like it? Yeah, kinda.

Pours a pale golden color with a small white fizzy head that dissipates near instantly. Lively over carbonated action bubbles rising to the top. Nose smells syrupy lime like sierra mist or sprite. Initial taste of mild lime, doesn’t taste very natural. Breadiness lingers. Finish is short and dry. Another way to cover up a terrible tasting beer. It is indeed better than a normal bud light, I give them that, but by inches. Body is obviously and extremely light and thin mouthfeel.

Pours the same light golden color as regular Bud Light. The head dissipates quickly. This one is perfect for a really hot day, Unfortunately, it’s been a while since I’ve had a Miller Chill, so it’s hard to compare.

Tastes like fruit loops. If you like that sort of thing than go ahead and try it. I personally like miller chill better.

12oz clear bottle. Pours a light straw yellow with an inch of white head that dissipates quickly. Smells like lime with a good dose of salt and slight biscuit malt toward the finish. Tastes very citrusy initially (lime) with salt immediately afterward, giving way to a fairly clean finish with just hints of lime on the aftertaste. Very light in body. Like Miller Chill, this borders on alco-pop, but the flavors are a little less intense (particularly the salt) and thus this beer is much more drinkable than its SABMiller counterpart. Not as offensive as I was expecting, but I won’t be getting it again, as there are better American Macro Lagers to be had...

Bottle. Pours a light fizzy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of lime, and not much else. Flavor tastes like someone dumped some lime salt into a bud light, no surprises here. I had to try this once, and will never try it again. It’s forgettable, and the lime infusion is very poorly done.

bottle. pours a crystal clear pale straw with small head, fades very quickly. Smells overly fruity, nothing but lime. Almost no malt aroma. the smallest smallest hint of malt followed by a salty very limey flavor reminicent of eating those hint of lime chips from tostidos. very crisp finish. This is one of my friends favorite beers so I thought I would try it. WASTE OF MONEY even at $2 a 22oz bottle. Just plain to much lime

Aroma – Light lime aroma. Very light in the malt.
Appearance – Golden yellow in color, Nice head and clear.
Flavor – A nice easy to light lime flavor with a crisp beer flavor.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, great texture with a good dry finish.
Overall – A great easy to drink lime beer. This is perfect for the super hot days playing in the park or doing yard work

Poured from a 12-ounce bottle into a tasting glass at the Brewmasters Club, Williamsburg, Va. Watered-down Bud Light appearance, and cheap lime aroma. Too sweet for my taste and I really didnt even want to finish the sample, until I tried it with some spicy Pepper Jack cheese. If I want lime in my beer, I’ll drink Corona with fresh lime.
