COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bud Light Platinum has reinvented the category of light beer. Within each cobalt blue bottle lies a bold formula that’s triple filtered with a smooth finish to create its stop shelf taste. Its the first of its kind, and the only beer worthy of the name Bud Light Platinum.

Pours light yellow with decent white head that quickly fades. Smells like corn bread and wet hay. Taste like grains and a little cheap alcohol with high carbonation. Slightly larger body than a normal bud. It’s just a bigger bud light. Boring, but not too offensive.

Blue bomber. Only in America would they manufacture a light beer with a high ABV. Pale straw color, minute fizzy head lasts. Thin industrial swill flavored water, faint discernible sweet maltiness, no hops detected. Average carbonation, light bodied, no hopped. Grain alcohol infused Bud Lightning. The six packs of cool aluminum bottles are apparently quite popular with the younger crowd. LGH (Let's Get Hosed) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2013-05-11. Crisp pale yellow body, small white head. Mild fruity industrial pale malt aroma. Flavour is fruity, sort of cidery notes? Average to light bodied palate, modest carbonation. Shockingly innoffensive. Pleasantly cold in an aluminum bottle served from a horse trough style beer bin. Bottle at Heart And Crown?, Ottawa

Bottle. Pours a clear light yellow color with white head. Crisp, hay aroma. Clean, straw, yet almost non existent flavor. Pretty bad.

Light yellow with a white head. Aroma is full of grain. Flavor is watery grain with some rice. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Yuck.

Bottle. Smells like a skunk that rolled on hops. Super light. Little to no taste which is nice, because no taste is better than the smell.

Aluminum bottle 355ml. Pours extremely clear pale ligth blondish. Some hillbillies I know drink water that looks like this. Very low white head. Aroma is of corn, sugar. Taste is of corn, sugar, "malt", water. Budweiser-familiar taste. Palate: Ligth body. Watery. Somewhat dry. Overall: Bland, watery. Not offensive. Somewhat refreshing. Alcohol well hidden.

Appearance - Pours a crystal clear, pale gold with a white, half finger head. Smell - Sweet, syrupy aroma Taste -A corn syrupy sweetness gives way to a slight alcohol burn near the end before an abrupt, clean finish.

I was looking for a cheap beer low in calories that was still alcoholic(those things that are 2% ABV do not count) and I found this. It’s like 130 calories and it’s 6% alcohol packs a nice punch, but not as bad of a punch as this beers flavor has. It tastes rancid and like cow vomit. It’s drinkable but pretty much only because I paid for it. I don’t think I’d drink this again if someone offered me one and I doubt I’ll ever buy it again. It pours like a soda and doesn’t look like a beer at all. The smell is like that of old musty piss and mold. Besides the taste it goes down pretty smooth, so at least it has that going for it.

Imagine if you took 1 can of bud and poured it into a vat of club soda. That’s what I think they were going for when they made this beer. It’s like pale whiteish yellow with a sprite like effervescence. Smells like cheap beer... Tastes like watery beer piss with a hint of lemon. The only good thing about this beer is that it is 6% alcohol so at least you’ll get drunk off one or 2 instead of 5 or 6 like regular bud light. I don’t feel like beer should be filtered in the first place. Filter it once shame on you. Filter it twice shame on... You again... Filter it three times and what you have can’t really be called beer anymore.... It’s just nasty tasting alcoholic pisswater.... Do not drink this.
