12oz can poured into a shaker. Pours a clear pale yellow with about a finger of head. Aroma of water with a small bit of skunky hops. Taste is very lightly bitter. It tastes like the way "morning breath" smells like with a little bit of skunk. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation but not much of a finish. Overall, it’s a light beer. Not good, unless you plan on drinking an entire case in a night.

Had this one once or twice from bottles. Just might have been the worst beer I’ve ever tasted, along with Wildcat. I’d rather stay thirsty than drink it, honestly.

Pours a clear yellow color with no head. Has almost no odor to it. Taste’s of water with a hint of hops and malt. A very easy drinking cheap beer with nothing to stand out about it.

Bottle from The Beer Store. My buddy’s friends volunteered to pick up beer for him. Not having what he had asked for in stock his friends foolishly thought that BL was the next best choice--quite possibly because it came with a free towel shirt or hat to advertise their poor taste in beer....Regardless, this pours a boring yellow. It’s carbonated and lacks much head and lacing is mostly out of the question. Aroma is offensive! I thought light beers were supposed to be a substitute for water. The aroma of this beer was so damn foul that I debated pouring it out. Expecting the worst--and I’ve tried Coors and other crappy beers in college--I gave it a try. I gotta admit this is probably the least offensive light beer around with regards to taste. Normally there is some crappy metallic taste, but not with BudLight! This is quality water. Palate: what’s to discuss? Overall I’d give this ’beer’ a 3 as the flavour is better than most light beers however the aroma is so damn offensive that I’ve given it a 2 overall giving a total score of 0.9.

This is worse than it’s full flavored counterpart. Would probably drink it if it was the only choice at a party.

Of all the macrobrews, I for some reason perfer this one. It is cheap. I gave this a little better rating because I enjoyed a few with friends.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2012 Bottle. Yellow colour with a white head. Nothing at all. No taste, no calories....

Poured out of a pint can into a pint glass Color is an extremely pale gold. Kind of looks like dirty water. An aggressive pour yields a thin soapy head that quickly fades. What little smell there is reminds me of cooked vegetable/stale corn There is hardly any taste present. A very light corn taste followed by an odd sourness on the finish. An extremely watery taste with very prickly carbonation. This is the first bud light I have had in a long long time and honestly, it tastes like seltzer water. There are a few light beers I do enjoy like hudy delight, old milwaukee light, and high life light. This one, however, is borderline nasty. For the life of me I do not understand how this is the number one selling beer in the US.
