Introduced nationally in 1982, Bud Light is brewed with a malt and hops ratio different from Budweiser for a distinctively crisp taste with fewer calories.

Drink cold. On a hot day, this is a great beer to cool off. A favorite for college students all over Michigan. I have probably had more of this beer throughout the years than I would admit, but overall it is a good cheap beer. The taste definitely gets worse as it gets warmer, so drink cold or walk further down the aisle and get a 6 pack of real beer.

If I have the money, this is the light I drink. Iím in St. Louis and I think AB charges the highest prices here. I, therefore, sample other lights from Miller and a few come pretty close at bargain prices.

Tastes like a good time. Smells like Seattle. Played a roll in the invention of the "wife beater" under shirt tank top. Very American, which is what matters most.

Hipster, NASCAR, if I actually have to rate this perfectly clear H2O you are all totes. Grain dust filtered poo poo. If you have to drink this so you donít get hurt at a race event then I will understand.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Virtually non-existent. Very thin maybe a hint of corn. Appearance- A translucent yellow with heavy carbonation and almost no head. Taste- Sort of carbonated water with alcohol with a corn flavor. Palate- Light bodied heavily carbonated. Overall- A light beer to swill in quantity. I have done it many times before and I will do it again. Not world class but it does the trick.

Can, ABV 4.2%. Pours pale yellow, clear, tiny head. Aroma: some barely noticeable sweetness. Taste: a tad of malts/rice.

When it comes to cheap gameday beer, I tend to lean towards Miller Lite over Bud. Bud Light really just tastes a bit like bad rain water. And not that Miller is anything to write home about. Iíd even take a PBR tall boy over Bud any day. Bud is tasteless regardless of bottle or can. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is the most popular light beer in America. But McDonaldís is the most popular restaurant, so itís not like popularity automatically makes something great, or even good. This is a very flavorless beer, with very little barley/rice/hop flavor. Ice cold, it can be refreshing, but only if you are on a budget and donít want any sort of complexity or flavor. At least it isnít as bad as Keystone light or Busch light.

Served via can into a pint glass.

A - Pours pale yellow with a one finger tall white head leaving no lacing down the glass.

S - Smells like flavored water. Little to no hops, malt, barley, ect. to speak of.

T - Very light body. Very similar to the nose with little to no hops or malt at all. The only detectable hops seem to be the faint bitterness that is only noticeable thanks to the prickly carbonation. Finish is really nothing at all. Easily one of the worst beers out there.

M - Light body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Crisp feel with not much of anything lingering in the finish.

D - Sure I could pound a few of these but why would I want to? If I wanted to drink water I would.
