Introduced nationally in 1982, Bud Light is brewed with a malt and hops ratio different from Budweiser for a distinctively crisp taste with fewer calories.

12 oz bottle. I was given one of these at a party, thatís my excuse.. Aroma was faintly malty, but astringent. Flavor was nearly non-existent, except for a dull bitterness. Bleh. Thin, oily palate. Overall this was was a disgusting excuse for a beer. Donít bother.

The only flavors in Bud Light only appear once the beer warms, and you donít want to go there. It works only as an alcohol delivery vehicle. If I want to drink beer, but actually hate beer, I could gulp down this stuff ice cold. Thatís all Iíve got though. And I, along with most others, have had plenty of cans of BL. I guess one good thing about the beer is that once one graduates to real/good beer, the change is mind blowing. Discovering a great pale ale after years of this would probably (definitely) be the biggest upgrade in a beer drinkerís life.

UPDATED: JUL 18, 2014 No flavors but a watery, sour aftertaste reminiscent of a wet, moldy rag. Quite possibly the worst beer in the world.

Tasted on 7/15/14 from a 12oz can. Pours clear, very pale golden with an average white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is a touch of sugary corn with the faintest hint of grass hops, but nothing else really. The flavor is a bit of cornbread (dry without any butter), but thatís it. The body is light with lively, fizzy carbonation and a very short same cornbread finish.

Free beer for completing a Spartan Race. Pale yellow color. Slight grain aroma with watered down grain flavor. Iíve had worse, but not by much.

Why have 2852 people already rated this? It was the most rated beer I had not had until now. I had been pounding the strip in Las Vegas all day and I needed a refreshing drink, so I bought a 25oz can in the Treasure Island store by the door and rushed up to the 19th floor to open my prized possession, that extra oz made all the difference you know. The view out my window of the Encore and Wynn helped me calm down as I began to drink my heavily rated brew. To be fair it did the trick, it was refreshing and although my taste buds were not required it was not offensive or nasty in any way, just a fairly bland, light golden lager. Glad I have finally had one, but I will not be having another in a hurry. I did struggle to finish it though, as it warmed a little it started to change for the worst, I could detect a weak grain and metallic twang: drink it fast and well chilled if you have one.

330 ml bottle. Very bland and watery beer that lacks body and flavor. However for the style this is good, it is easy to drink, well carbonated, dry, crisp and refreshing with faint malt and hops. Donít understand why BL keeps getting such bad reviews. It doesnít taste bad but I suppose you also couldnít say it tastes good.

This does exactly what it sets out to do. It has little color, little aroma, and almost no taste except a little sweetness and carbonation. It is meant to be the most boring easy to drink beer there is so that anyone can drink it. This is not even decent beer because it has almost no beer quality to it. It doesn't taste bad because there is little taste but it does not taste good. Bland boring beer that anyone should be ashamed to spend money on. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
