UPDATED: NOV 22, 2009 Tap at de paas, the hague. Nice dark bitter bock, long finish, bitter compared to a lot of other (dutch) bocks. Nice.

Dark red brown. Creamy beige head. Aroma is fruity, sweet malty and roasted. Flavour is caramel, roasted and hoppy.

A clear red/brown colored beer, with a thick beige head. The aroma of caramel with some fruits and malts. The taste of caramel with fruits, dark malts with bitter notes. The aftertaste is sweet met dark bitter malt.

Draught as "Herfstbock" @ Pub Kultainen Apina, Tampere.
Pours a dark reddish brown colour with a small white head. Aroma of sweet toasted malts, herbs and some metals. Flavour of sweet toasted malts, grassy bitter hops, caramel, herbs and some metallic notes. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and a sweet, grassy, bitter finish. Good drinkability.

Draught. Dark ruby brown beer, thin creamy head. Dark caramel, some dried fruits and a touch of herbal hops. Fruity flavor with caramelly and bready malts. Al hint of toast. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pleasant.

Draught at Tuulensuu, Tampere. Reddish brown color. Sweet bready malt aroma. Bready malt flavor with nuts, warming fruity alcohol, licorice, raisins, chocolate and caramel. Tastes initially sweet but alcohol dryes the finish. Alcohol character is fairly strong but still mellow and typical for bocks. One of the better Budels beers.

Pours dark ruby red colour with small white head. Aroma of caramel malts, light ripe fruits, sugar and some barley. Flavour is sweet caramel malts, bread, light ripe fruits and some spices. A bit too sweet taste for me.

Tap. Dark brown with a nice thin rocky head. Aroma belgian hops laced with sugar and oranges. Feels like a belgian ale. Not Bad.
