3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive light brown foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass.
The beer has a clear dark brown color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a very candysugar touch. This beer smells malty.

2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
300ml bottle from Beers Of Europe. A warm malty beer with a fine, creamy carbonation. Some gel floaties. Sweet taste, though dry aroma and finish. Some bacon, chalk, vanilla, butter, caramel, banana, chocolate flavours hanging around in a reasonably pleasant but uninteresting manner. Awareness of warm alcohol, but not aggressive. This is a drinkable malty brown beer. Less yeasty than usual for a Belgian style beer. Watery and dull finish. This is the third beer Iíve had from this brewery, and they havenít impressed me. They appear to be trying out a variety of styles, and havenít yet got a character of their own.

Bottle. Reddish beer with a herbal aroma and a herbal and cough mixture like flavour. Overall a strange tasting herbal drink.
