33CL bottle at home, not very interesting beer if you ask me, it has a honey taste but it stays in the mouth too long not a beer i would recommend

This might even be worse than the kikbier, to which I’m comparing it. The honey is very apparent, which is unfortunate because a slightly more subtle addition may have added the sweetness and body that would’ve improved a kik-style beer.

300 ml bottle, poured into a lager glass at home. ABV 4,5% Deep golden in colour, with one finger of hite head, going down straight away, but leaving eventually a thin film to cover the beer’s surface. Average activity in the glass. Heavy aroma of honey, along with lots of malts. The taste is much better. Quite sweet of course, with the honey flavour being quite intense. Very slight bitterness on the aftertaste. Medium on the body, average carbonation. I don’t think it could be my favourite but it was somewhat enjoyable. It would be even better though if the honey taste was more discreet and not so straight-in-your-face.

Clear darker yellow with no foam head. Aroma is malty, nothing else. Taste is honey sweet plain beer. Akmost no aftertaste. (Velp 201301)

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma heavy of honey, notes of spices. Flavor medium sweet, light spicy. Medium body.

33cl bottle from Terra Vitae, Puerto De La Cruz. Clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma of honey and malt with hints of fruits and flowers. Quite sweet with a distinct flavour of honey. Quite nice and drinkable honey beer. (2013-01-05)

Bouteille 330ml sous le nom de "Budels Honey". De couleur dorée pâle et claire. Nez légèrement fruité (citron, notes de pommes), léger de grains de malt et de miel et très léger de houblon floral. Mince en bouche et très légèrement aqueuse. Goût légèrement fruité aux notes sûres (citron, très léger de pommes) avec de faibles traces de légumes bouillis sucrés lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi d’un goût de grains de malt sucrés et de miel sucré puis finalement l’on retrouve une légère amertume de houblon floral. Post-goût court, très légèrement amer de houblon floral.

At a vegan restaurant in madrid. Pours a see-through light golden colour with almost no head. The honey are really present in the aroma, together with maybe some citric and malts. Flavour is honey, bread, malts and some grass. Really good mouthfeel for a 4,5% beer! Almost medium body. Just almost though. Overall, for a pale lager, this is really impressive. Way underated in my opinion.

30 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra. Yellow with a white head. no discerning aroma. Pilsener taste although a bit sweeter. Some honey in the aftertaste.

The head is unstable, the body yellow. It smells bitter-honey. The taste is decent honey, a bit malty, sugary. Overall ok. 9/11/10/11/11/11
