Bottle thnx to Secret Sinterklaas. Pours a clear amber beer with a small ring of tanned head. Aroma is full of caramel, some alcohol and sweet malts. Flavour is very sweet and has an alcoholic mouthfeel, despite it being only 7,5%. No burning sensation, just some cloying. Overall fairly average, nothing special here.

Bottle of 300 ml, at home. Poured into a tulip glass. ABV is 7,5%. Ingredients are water, barley malt, wheat malt, sugar, hops and coriander. Pours a deep orange colour, with two fingers of off-white head. Average retention , it does leave some light lace as it goes down. Aroma is mostly fruits, with prunes coming to mind, some alcohol and some vanilla notes. Taste is sweet with some bitterness at the end coming from the alcohol mostly. Brings to mind a good port wine. Medium to full on the body, average carbonation. Nice beer, it offers a nice warming feeling along with the great taste.

300ml bottle. Clear amber colour, sparkling, with average to huge, firm, frothy, minimally lacing, off-white head. Caramel malty aroma has notes of bread, dark berries, a touch of leather. Taste is fruity with notes of berries, has a dry, yeasty touch, notes of bread. Not overly complex, but with a considerable width of distinguishable flavours.

Gedronken in Buitenlust. Rood/amber van kleur met een beige schuimkraag, ruikt naar caramel, fruitig, sinaasappel. Smaak is zoet en bitter.

Interesting. Rye bread and green beans. Strange but also nice. Ugly beer, hardly any head. Fairly unique. Bottle from De Schans.
