Bottle labeled as Budels Lentebock. Deep golden color with a very light fizzy white head. Quite sweet grassy aroma with some dried fruit. initially fresh fruity flavor turning into a surprising harsh alcohol finish.

Bottled as Lentebock: Medium white head which changes quick into a white lacing with holes on top of a clear yellow colored beer. Smell is not really strong but there are a lot of grain and hop aroma’s: hops, hop floral, hop bitter, hoppy herbs and some light citrus stingy lemon/hay notes, stingy grains, some light sweet grains and some alcoholic/cleaner notes. Taste is a bit out of tune, not bad, but had it so many times before... Some hops, stingy hops, grains, singy grains, nettle, bitter, hint of honey,light citrus and lemon notes, light dry. Tend to go to nasty bitter and irritating stingy. Aftertaste of grains, herbs, light creamy and stingy with a bitter touch. Loe carbo, soft tingly/spicy mouthfeel, low to medium bodie and a light creamy texture. There is something soft, almost creamy and there is something stingy, which does not really disappear, strange beer and nothing interesting. Don’t like it.

As Budels Lentebock, bottle at home. Golden yellow colour with a big, cloudy white head. Smells malts, fresh, some hoppy bitterness, yeast. Tastes quite sweet, malty, honey. Little to no carbo, quite flat and medium body. Okay beer, but a bit boring.

fles 30cl Kleur: goudgeel, met een witte schuimkraag Geur: fris/fruit. Niet erg uitgesproken Smaak: licht zoet, klein beetje bitter. Waterig. Erg weinig smaak.

33cl bottle [as Budels Lentebock] @ Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Clear golden, full dense white head. Smells grassy, malts, hay. Taste malts, grains, slight hint of bitter. Low to medium body and carbonation.

33cl bottle. Decent white head. Clear golden pour. Ok bock beer, nothing special

As Budels Lentebock. Clear orange golden with fading white head. Aroma is absent. Taste is sweetish pilsener, maybe a little peach. Carbonation is fine, it’s easy drinkable and enjoyable during a nice spring or summersday in the sun. But nothing special.

Bottle (33 cl) from The Cracked Kettle. Clear golden, medium white head. Perfumy hop aroma, honeyish malt. Meidum bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry, medium bitterness.

Bottle courtesy of Ekstedt shared @ Ekstedts bock-tasting. Pours clear golden with a small white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace. Smell is slightly sweet, tiny floral and quite subtle with caramel, cereal, some bread and hints of a chemical glue-like smell. Taste is very sweet, tiny bitter, floral and metallic with bread, grass, sweet over-ripe fruits and golden syrup. Mouthfeel is tiny watery and thin to medium bodied. Finish is sweet and malty with bread and flower nectar.

Hazy golden color, small white head. Malty, grainy scent. Malty, cream, grainy taste. GRainy, dry aftertaste. Medium thin mouthfeel, medium grainy bitterness. A touch of alcohol.
