Clear pale yellow color, smallish white head. Sweet malty and herbal hoppy scent. Malty sweet, herbal hoppy and rather fresh taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium herbal bitterness.

UPDATED: FEB 3, 2009 Draught at Het Amsterdamertje, Göteborg, Sweden, thanks gnoff for the sips. Clear pale golden, medium white head. Fresh bready malt aroma with herbal and slightly grassy hops. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Very nicely balanced with a subtle bitterness. Now, the tap label stated "Budels Bier", and looking at the other ratings I am not sure that I have rated the correct beer. This was tasty and refreshing.

300ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Soft light lagery aroma - lightly malty, but a bit thin on the hops. Simple grainy taste, with a touch of ginger and some peanuts, but Anna thought it was a bit vegetal, which is true I guess. Some noble hops, not really that dominant. They build up after a while though, and there’s a reasonable bitter finish. Quaffable pilsner.

Refreshing and aromatic smell, bit watery taste but is a great idea to drink suha organic product

Bottle @ my faculty. Crappy biological version of their normal pilsner. Sweet, malty and skunky hops. Thin.

Pretty bog standard stuff.....well, actually, I suppose it’s not as I’ve only given it 5 out of 20. Looks alright, the head goes a bit too quickly, the aroma is light and hoppy, palate lacks flavour and body. Another one to show that organic doesn’t always mean good.

Mungo (2472) - Southampton, Hampshire, ENGLAND - APR 29, 2008
Draught @ Salamander, Bath. Grassy herbal hops and a reasonably firm malt backbone. Not bad despite being overly cold and carbonated, if not the cleanest finish.
Earlier Rating: 6/8/2006 Total Score: 2.2
Bottle (from Tesco, BBE May 07). Very thin light colour. Lagery nose grassy hops and slightly watery malt. Not actually unpleasant. Cold and refreshing but lacking in flavour and deathly boring.

JorisPPattyn (7299) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAR 28, 2008
Small, white head over orangey-golden beer. Grassy nose, old cookies, slightly toasted, hot malts. Peanuts/arachide flavour, toasted, fatty acids, with a harsh bitterish background. Quite watery, despite the aggressive MF. Bio-watered-down malt likker.

Bart (2915) - Brussels, BELGIUM - MAR 28, 2008
Clear golden yellow coloured beer with average carbonation and a medium diminishing white head. Light malty grainy aroma. Medium to flat bodied palate. Finish is little, sweet grainy with a very short aftertaste. Very medium pilsener, lacks body.

larsga (5324) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 24, 2008
Medium white head quickly shrinks into a thin white film. Yellow body. Grainy mealy aroma with barn notes. Sweetish earthy resiny taste with buttery fruity notes. Slick, smooth mouthfeel. Grainy, sharpish background. Touches of straw and rubbery. Not bad. (0.33l bottle, Spar, Dublin.)
