COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Alcohol percentage 5%, lager beer that is brewed from biologically-cultivated malt and hops. What is more, Budels Bio-Beer is brewed entirely with “green power”.

(Bottled) Clear, golden color with a small head. Very faint aroma of slightly corny malt and hints of vegetables. Vegetably-malty, sweetish flavor with honey and low bitterness, but some hop bite in the finish. Light-bodied, quite watery palate with fizzy carbonation. If you only have a choice between Kikbier and this, choose this, as it has more beery looks and at least some hops. Otherwise, grab yourself a real beer!

Bottle. As Budels Organic Lager. Light gold with a large off white foam. Aromas are grain and light citrus with cabbage. Quite dry. Flavours are grain with cardboard and a strange sweetness. Some liquorice and corn. Not very good.

altonbrownd (3752) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - OCT 2, 2006
Bottle at home. More tastier than you average pilsener. But doesn’t last. Bitter sort of aftertaste. Apple juice colour. Too thin for me.

(Stockholm Beer Festival 2006) Yellow, white head. Vegetable aroma, some hops. Malty grassy flavor. Thin and not what I want.

[Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Clear golden. Grassy spicy nose. Light bodied with crisp mouthfeel. Dominated by grassy hops. Decent, especially for a beer with a "Bio"-label.

Bottle Budels Organic Lager - No head and a rubbish looking beer. Taste and aroma are caramel and floural/herbal hops.

Almost bright gold body with a very short lasting white head. Fruity citrus aroma. Fairly thin body, some bitterness a little dull but thank god it is Bio.

Pale gold with a white head. Grainy, grassy aroma. Some malt in the taste, which was watery but quite refreshing. Some bitterness.
