Lys brungul klar med høyt fluffy skum. Kornete, litt syrlg sitron i lukten. Svært lite smak i denne, en tanke søtlig smak er det eneste jeg kan få fram, medium kullsyre

Tasted on 2/7/14 from a can at the Friday night tasting at RBWG Asheville, thanks to ADNielsen for sharing, and blomster for providing. Pours clear pale golden with an average, but quickly receding white head. The nose is the same corny Bud that I am used to. The flavor is corny malt with just a hint of light bitterness. The body is very light with lively carbonation and a short corny finish.

Can bought @ Hemköp Stigbergstorget. US rating #800. Woopdidoo! This one gets my blessing to try to save my evening after having been nearly poisoned by Pumking. Pours clear yellow with a rather big fizzy and frothy white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. smell is soapy with crackers, canned corn, hay, lemon zest, mineral water and boiled cabbage. Taste is sweet, tiny bitter and tiny herbal with crackers, white bread, aspartame, hay, soil, canned corn, boiled cabbage and compost. Mouthfeel is cloying, round and light bodied. Finish is almost pure canned corn with hints of hay, soil and buttered white bread. well, atleast it’s not Pumking...

>> Looks almost like normal Bud but 3.5% on the back label. Thank you blomster and pussypete for the wale. Pours a clear straw with weak foam. Nose is gamey honey, smoked ham, honey. Huh. Taste is paper water, extremely bland. Palate is carbon paper, cardboard. Well that escalated quickly.

Bottle thanks to Christer at RBWG 2014. Pours a clear pale yellow with a bubbly white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has notes of corn and sweet grain. Flavor is similar with more sweetness coming through with the corn.

Bottle @ RBWG Fart Share. Pours a clear yellow appearance with a white head. Lemon spritzy aroma. Fairly fresh. Rice. Very watery. Sweet sticky rice. Good carbonation. A nice Swedish twist on an American classic. Thanks to Christer for bringing this 5,000 miles to share.

A steady pour into my "SM i Hembryggd öl 2013" glass produces a three finger, but quite fastly dissipating white head that produces minimal lacing and dissapears within seconds; not very handsome. The beer itself is a pleasant gold, if a bit too pale, with an excellent clearness. The nose has a light breadlike maltiness followed by a massive amount of green apple and corn notes. Not very inviting and in reality off putting.

The carbonation is what hits me at first; fizzy with small, sharp bubbles that might be pleasant but really aren’t. The tastes follows with a light but fat, sweet maltiness together with almost non-existent, but in a way metallic, bitterness. Hereafter follows a veritable cascade of awful phenols and esters: green apples, corn, cardboard and the likes. Dissecting this beer any further would be madness. Together with an unpleasantly oily, but still extremely thin, mouthfeel this becomes almost undrinkable.

This was, as expected, one of the worst beers I’ve ever had. A massive amount of cardboard flavour together with a fat maltiness and an offputting aroma makes this an abomination to beer itself.
