I never thought I would give any Budweiser product a good rating, but I am a sucker for cascade hops...I grow them...I brew with them...they are just great. I love the hoppy aroma (cascade), and the nice amber appearance. Nice mouthfeel and good hoppy flavor (cascade again).

22oz bomber. Pours a clear glowing light amber with a nice frothy fine white head. Sweet caramel aroma, kind-of sour, lightly fruity. Flavor follows, strangely sour, papery, peppery, dry breadiness, dull caramel sweetness. Medium/light bodied with a medium mouth feel, like sand paper, chalky, larger soft soda carbonation.

Surprising and also consistent which is good but of course its AB and quality control. Malty and sweet and balanced. Aroma is actually present, caramel malts. Light but drinkable but still most likely won’t buy it again.

Aroma- Sweet floral aroma. Appearance- Nice smooth brown with a thickness about it. Flavor- Rich, decnet taste after first few bottles. Palate-Bitter to the tounge, very hoppy. Overall impression- Not bad for Anheuser Busch. I feel that they could have created a better ale.

Poured from bottle an amber color with medium off-white head. Aroma is slightly caramel-like with hints of hay. Taste is light with caramel and a little dough. Palate seems flat with no carbonation grabbing the tongue and a mellow sweetness throughout. Not horrible but not grand either. I would not buy it again though.

Bottle, bar, Chicago. Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma and flavour of caramel malts, faint hops and some fruits. A bit watery.

Stollen from Kevin Murphy of MST3K fame:

"POUR - presents medium-amber, resembling a well worn baseball glove. Pale head starts large then disappears quickly, but with a firm pledge to be back in 2012.

NOSE - Initially sweet and malty, mild citrus hop notes, fading quickly to reveal a strong base note of Jean-Claude Van Damme. Hints of buttered toast, Kodiak snuff and air burps after a meal at Arby’s.

BODY - Paunchy, with skinny legs and more than a little hair. Mouthfeel reminescent of French-kissing a Teamster.

TASTE - Smooth, subtle, nuanced - wait, that’s my tongue. The beer isn’t giving me anything. Okay, there’s some malt, and something resembling hops, although not exactly hops; more like a photocopy of a picture of some hops. However, a dominant flavor is taking hold now, familiar, seductive. It’s the flavor of marketing. Aftertaste leaves me bitter, clinging to religion and guns.

CONCLUSION: This is a beer for those who would prefer to drink regular Budweiser but who have girlfriends. If you’re a Sam Adams Drinker, save your money and pour this into old Sam bottles. Keep in mind that Anheuser-Busch is now owned by a bunch of Belgians who have flooded the world market with their inexplicably popular version of carbonated urine, Stella Artois. Ultimately, those seeking gusto will be more satisfied with Schlitz."

Bottle. Poured a clear, red color with a small off-white head and little lacing. Aroma was slightly malty with a slight hint of citrus. The beer has a thin body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, and an abrupt, slightly dry finish. The flavor was slightly hoppy and slightly bread like. Overall, this is not bad for a mass produced beer. It has a bit more of a hoppy flavor and is much better on tap.
