Mar 8, 2009 Grassy with light citrus hops and a slight malt aroma on this crystal clear amber beer. Flavor has some lemon and citrus in it but overpowered by the grass. I can’t agree with those who say this tastes like normal Budweiser, it tastes like a mediocre amber ale. Nothing more, nothing less.

Mar 5, 2009 Bottle. Much like a Budweiser expect more hops and caramel. Aroma is Bud but with the caramel. Flavor is some hops in the aftertaste. Very smooth and thin.

Mar 4, 2009 I actually rather enjoyed this. It has an evident hoppy taste but it is subtle enough to be a pale ale, and an enjoyable one at that. Probably one of the better things to come out of BA in awhile.

Mar 2, 2009 This pretty much tastes like a budweiser with more hops added and a little caramel flavor to it. I gave this rating a generous 2. The finish is bitter, malty, and not really hoppy as it is advertised. Wouldnt recommend this beer to anyone.

Mar 1, 2009 Amber colour with a thick frothy off white head.
Aroma is light citrus hop, grainy malt under that.
Flavour is caramel malt, good initial impression, then the body thins out with a sour grainy tone. Mettalic bitter finish.

Mar 1, 2009 typical bud swill. I tried this at a beerfest. That was pretty much the only way I’d give this one a go....if it was free. I will say that it looked good, it had a deep rich color and it was smooth. But I failed to taste the hops finish that it advertised.

Mar 1, 2009 Bottle into glass. All I smell is corn syrup. Actually pretty nice looking hazy amber color with fair tan head and some extremely light semblance of lacing that disappears. The taste is kinda corny and mostly malty and thin. Not much to it. Palate is OK except for the syrupiness. It’s drinkable, I guess - I just don’t care to drink it. I can imagine a few of these causing a bad headache. Just about what you’d expect from A-B.
