From a 12 oz bottle. Amber pour with lot of malts and some hops. Medium to light moutfeel. Finish is like flavored water. Drinkable however.

Bottle...Light amber hue with lots of soapy head. Aroma is caramel, taste is also caramel malt, west coast hops, and some additional sweetness. Palate is medium thickness. This is way better than I would have guessed.

Bottle from 7-11 tasted at alohaCs 2008 end of the year tasting. Mild grainy aroma. Maybe some corn sweetness. Dry and flavorless. Not bad, but not good either.

pours pretty clear red with a half inch head. smells like a bass. exactly. maybe a tad nuttier. tastes much better than that, though. toasted malts, well rounded with a hop backbone. stands up well. could be called watery, but given the context its pretty fair. on of the better 50% of $5.50 6-packs ive purchased.

Ah a beer Ive been wanting to rate, after talking about wanting to rate a damn cheap 12oz, during our tasting, Tim LagunitasFan goes to 7-11 for smokes and presents this to me. Damn glad I didnt have to buy it. Pours copper with a bright white ring. Nose has some malty but sucks. Taste is ok, but no good. Given the option of a shotgun to the head, this, and a regular bud, Id take this but, the shotgun sounds like a good second choice.
