Surprisingly good. Given the justifiably woeful reputation of regular Bud, I held little hope for this. But this is a good, nice aroma of citrusy cascade hops with some sweetness. Pour is rusty red with off white reddish head. Flavour is malt sweetness with some toffee and stonefruit notes that finishes with a pleasent bitterness.

On tap. Actually a pretty good beer. You gotta hand it to AB, they nailed this style. Although there is no real aroma, the color is spectacular. Easy to drink and tasty. I could drink this all day on a hot weekend.

Wow, a product from Anheuser that is actually worth drinking! It isnt amazing, but this is actually drinkable. Overly carbonated (A-B trademark), decent amber ale, kind of bland but did have enough of a caramel malt to call it worthy.

Picked up a 22 oz of this at a 7-11 in West Point, VA, under the shadows of the paper mill. Not a twist off to my surprise. Clear amber, OK head. Aroma of light malt and some citric hops. Flavor matches. A bit on the thin side in the body, but a decent grapefruit accented hop finish. Not a bad beer overall.

From a bottle, pours a nice amber color with a medium sized, off-white head. Goes down smooth and actually has a hoppy finish (something that NEVER happens in a Bud product). Very surprised by this one, a very drinkable beer.

Pours clear amber, light tan head that lingers a little. Smells like malt, a little caramel. Light to medium malt body, finishes with some light bittering hops. Generally pretty clean and light for an ale. I will not seek it out, but would drink this over most other US macro brews

Bottle. Amber color. Nice off white head with decent retention. Good lacing. Somewhat sweet aroma. Much better then expected. Not huge flavor, but very pleasant. Smooth & crisp, very easy drinking. One of the better AB beers I have ever had.

Its hard not to be biassed and beer-snobby about this review, but it was surprisingly good. It pours a clear dark amber with a huge head that disappears quickly with a little bit of lace. The aroma was pretty flat with a light bit of sweet malt. No hops evident, and al ittle alcohol. The mouthfeel is a little on the watery side, but not flat. The beer hits the palate with a bit of crispness and a faint hint of citrus. THe flavor is overall a little flat, but the malt sweetness is nice, The hop bitterness is very faint, with a bit of grapefruit bitterness. The finish is a little off-putting and vegetabley. Not somethign that I would get again, but not bad for Budweiser.
